Great location and very cosy. Comfortable beds and clean. Perfect for our needs (2 adults and 2 children).

No dislikes. However, the lights above the sofa in the lounge didn’t work so it was dim in the evenings. Also the vacuum only worked briefly even after a charge. A dustpan and brush would’ve been useful to clear up crumbs etc.

it was just what we needed for our weekend away was very happy with our choice and would consider booking again

it was very warm in the bed rooms the heating didn't seem to go off while you were in bed making it abit uncomfortable to sleep!! the glass table in the kitchen could have done with some protection on it we could only find 1 table mat which for four people not very good !

The property was conveniently located. It was cosy and well serviced. Amenities were good.

The the floor of the lounge and the kitchen was not clean it had not been properly swept or mopped for a long time. Insects and crumbs behind and in front of couch. We had to clean the vacuum cleaner as brush was full of hairs and did not suck up dirt.

Good location; Safe neighbourhood; Proximity of safe off-property parking; New carton of semi-skimmed milk in fridge (the milk in the UK tastes better than what I’m using in Canada)!

Lack of shampoo & conditioner in the toiletries (maybe not exactly the host’s fault but in North America I’m used to shampoo and conditioner included in toiletries); Coffee pods provided do not match the coffee machine but instant coffee pouches are provided (no big deal for me).
