CAComfortable and clean room. Great views of the forest. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. In the evening, we sat around a bonfire - perfect for the cool night. Also tea plantation on site but we weren’t able to do that because of weather.

NZThe lodge-style restaurant and bar area had a lovely vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful with arranging activities, including a local tea plantation tour. The tent was comfortable with access to a clean bathroom nearby and good hot water in the shower.
USWOW! Amazing location! I was in the mountain view room and LOVED it. also talk about best pasta in Rwanda. would 100% stay again! A great spot before a long hike in Nyungwe.
DEThis place looks amazing, you have beautiful tiny houses with an incredible view over the nyungwe forest. The staff was very kind and nice and helped us a lot with all our questions about the national park. Also the food was very nice, the spaghetti Bolognese we highly recommend and the African boulette we could’ve eaten ten of them! So we highly recommend and hope to come back!
Le personnel est courtois, dévoué et à notre service. Très bine positionné pour une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et le champs de thé. Les infrastructures manquent un peu d’amour!

ITRWbreakfast was ok, nice fruit. Location beautiful. Wish there had been a shower curtain as the bathroom got flooded. Helpful staff brought food to the chalets when it poured with rain. Dining room small and cosy.

The owner was rude, from the moment we arrived it seemed that he didn't want us there. He got things wrong e.g. tried to charge a friend for a food bill belonging to another group and then just got cross when challenged on this.
