Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, tout était parfait. Le personnel était très serviable et accueillant, tout était propre et la chambre est bien équipée et agréable. Le bain privé est également très appréciable, les repas sont très bien servis.

J’aurai apprécié des consignes pour comprendre comment manger son petit déjeuner dans la tradition japonaise :) Sinon tout était parfait.

Très accueillant, chambre spacieuse, bain privé dans la chambre avec vue sur la montagne.

Petit déj tradi pas très consistant et moins bon que dans d'autres ryokans.

The location and the staff were amazing. The property was clean and there wasn’t a lot of noise from other guests. The onsen views were lovely.

We had a family room on the road side and it was utterly oppressive. There was no natural light as all the windows are boarded up. It was like being in jail. We felt very ripped off for the price that we had no windows. It ruined our stay given the lovely location. The value for money just wasn’t there. We regretted our choice and wished we had read the trip advisor reviews which covered this.

ご飯の説明をしてくださる人が外国人で何を言ってるか分からない時が多々あった。

La camera in stile giapponese era veramente bella, con un panorama incredibile dalla finestra sulla foresta di fronte. I vestiti da casa tradizionale compresi di tabi erano di buona fattura ed era molto piacevole stare in camera indossandoli. La cena e la colazione erano tipiche di un Ryokan, buone e copiose. Si sono anche adatti al fatto che non mangio carne e mi hanno composto un menù di solo pesce. Tutto era eccellente. L'osen principale è apperto fino a tardi e lascia la possibilità di rilassarsi tranquillamente. Personalmente sono ero quasi da sola per tutto il tempo. L'osen privato, disponibile per 1ora con prenotazione al momento del check-in (e per un costo aggiuntivo più che ragionevole) era veramente bellissimo, un momento sospeso nel tempo.

Penso che potrebbero rivedere un po' il design del osen principale per renderlo un po' più carino. Sconsiglio a chi ha tante valige o il fiato corto di arrivare a piedi dalla stazione. Sono invece disponibile dei comodi bus.

La vue depuis le Lounge et notre bain privatif à ciel ouvert dans notre chambre. Les deux étaient d'une beauté irréelle ! Le futon était également très confortable.
