Typisch japanisch Übernachten (Ryokan) und Baden (Onsen) hat uns super gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, herzlichen und zuvorkommend.

Personalizes service. The food was amazing and the wait read explained everything to us. Our room was great with a private onsen in the balcony. They were tattoo friendly. In fact, Eventhough the hôtel was full, most of the Time the public onsen had no one in it

The Price was a bit too high. I guess it was a Golden Week effect. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

It was absolutely great experience! We stayed in the Japanese room and slept on futons on the floor. They were comfy. Tatami mats are everywhere. Shoes free place. You get the traditional clothes to walk around. The dinner and breakfast were traditional and special. Absolutely worth trying. I went to the public onsen. It is divided into men and women section. It is clothes free. There was only one women there during my stay. I was feeling very comfortable, but I go often to saunas. There is a small pool inside and outside. Simple, but clean. I absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again!!!

private onsen on balcony was great! dinner and breakfast was good and traditional

not a lot of bus so we had to adapt. but this is not hotel's fault :)

Hôtel super calme, relaxant, équipe très professionnelle, on a très bien dormi ! Une magnifique vue, l’onsen était propre et très peu cher. Je recommande.
