This hotel gets a 10/10! We rode up on the train and the hotel is right across the street. The check process was quick and the front desk agent was very nice. The room was clean and equipped with coffee and water.

I recently attempted to book a stay at the Westin Crown Center using a group rate that had been advertised for our event, but unfortunately the process was extremely frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful. I called the central reservation line first and was told the hotel itself would need to apply the discounted group rate. When I contacted the hotel directly, I was told the reservation line should be able to handle it. After being sent back and forth between the two several times, neither side was able to actually apply the advertised group discount. I was attempting to make the reservation before the group rate expiration date, so it was disappointing that the hotel could not honor or match the rate that had been advertised for our group. Because the issue could not be resolved, I ultimately had to cancel the reservation. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I expected a smoother experience and better coordination between the reservation line and the property itself. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of a clear solution or willingness to resolve the issue was surprising. I hope the hotel reviews this process so future guests booking group rates do not have to deal with the same confusion.

Great location for a fun weekend, walking distance to union station, aquarium, and Legoland.

Can’t ride the elevators to any floor but your own so if your family is on another floor get a key from them.

I LOVED the westin because the rooms were extremly clean, the outdoor pool was warm in 30 degree weather, and evreything! It was a great experience for my family!
