I'm not even sure what they're doing is legal. Missouri just says that tenants must have access to heating to make the rooms a "habitable temperature." I'd argue they fail to do this and are thus operating illegally. Completely ill-equipped to handle any sort of cold weather. During the night it got down to as low as 62° and during the day it never exceed 65°. AVOID AVOID AVOID! We talked to front desk but they basically just said, "it's cold outside. Sorry." They said they would send up extras blankets, but never did. We had kids, 2 and 6 years old, with us and they were so cold overnight. Overall just a horrible experience. Cannot recommend at all, especially if you have kids.
