We attended the NAFN /celebration Banquet, and it was very, very nice. The wait staff were super friendly and attentive to our every need. The food was hot and delicious!

It was impossible to visit friends on a different floor from my room. I had to use the room key to get on and off the elevator and that was a nauseous experience. Our room was okay, but I expected queen size beds and got full size, with the overall size of each room feeling smaller than expected.

We had booked our room early for the KC Oktoberfest on Sat 4 October. We used the valet parking and it was great. Glenn was our Bellman and he did a super job. He welcomed us for coming back. The property was swamped with check in customers for the concert and the Oktoberfest. Our front in clerk was Kenny and he was professional, calm cool and collected. He gave us a early room to change clothes. He made us feel like important customers.
