Big size rooms

Reaching rooms with luggage is difficult and you have to pass through outdoors by exposing yourself to severe sun between lobby/ reception to rooms.

Extremely dirty Our towels had large holes and bedding didn’t fit bed

The location in downtown Chandler is ideal. Walking distance to a great range of food and drink along with, but to a lesser extent other shopping. Relaxing environment, especially in the courtyard area.

Bar staff overworked and hard to get a drink before going out to meet people in the busy period. Went out two nights in a row rather than wait.

Stayed at San Marcos Resort for the 3rd time. The rooms are old, with rickety doors, slow drains, and only cable TV, but beds are comfortable and there is AC. The main building is more refined, with a beautiful lounge and bar, outdoor seating, pool, and photos from their 100+ year history throughout. The location is prime, in Downtown Chandler, close to all the good food.

Perfect location in Chandler, AZ. Walking distance to many great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and very modern; especially for a historic hotel. The hotel restaurant has a great breakfast, and the bar is a great spot to start or end the evening. The staff are all friendly, attentive, professional, and make staying here a delight. If you're staying in the area this is the place to go.
