Life House, South of Fifth

Very friendly front door staff were there extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time hanging out at the cozy lobby playing games. Location was very close and convenient to Ocean Ave, yet far enough to be quiet. WiFi was very good. The rooms had a strong smell of cleaning supplies. One thing I recommend the hotel to perhaps use more odorless supplies.

We truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend any family that’s wants excellent sleeping quarters and a very hospitable staff.

So disappointed with this stay as the pics looked good. Toilet did not flush, common area carpets were very dirty, sink drained very slowly, no glasses in room, electrical outlets were inconvenient, TV system took time to figure out, neighbours were incredibly loud in the morning, room was just okay clean wise.

The hotel is perfectly located on Miami Beach with easy access to south beach, plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and the bunk beds very practical for a family!

Spacing & bed accommodations are perfect but room & hotel appeared unclean, out dated, lacked bathroom towels, & had a horrible smell.
