Room was clean.Airport was within 5 minute drive. Bed was okay but pillows need to be replaced.

Bed pillows need to be washed. Room decor may consist of color(s) other than brown.

Convenient location, some of the staff members uphold to high standards of service

The building is old and it shows. Smell of mold in the room, aging interior, worn out carpet. Buffet is okay, but seeing mold on some of the bread buns was not pleasant. About 50% of the staff I interacted with were great, the other 50%... not so much.

DO NOT stay here. We had an event at this hotel and because it was required that we be there so early, rooms were booked here. The reviews that are for this hotel that are bad, are accurate. The information is not accurate on the website nor was it accurate in our email from the hotel. We arrived late. None of the staff was happy to see us. In fact, they acted as if we were an inconvenience for being there. The first person I approached at check-in looked at me and walked off. After standing there a bit, the other person standing behind the counter finally asked me over and could not even welcome me in. They didn't ask me my name even, just "ID and credit card". She was quick to tell me that the dining room was still open for dinner at 830 pm and that breakfast is $25/pp. I was a bit shocked as the hotel website says they have room service. They no longer do that. A grab and go breakfast was said by others and that is not done either. Coffee and lime water are offered only. The lady at the counter said breakfast is buffet only. There was no one to help me to my room. The room was cold, set at 67 degrees. The carpets of the entire hotel are not vacuumed and because they are dark, you see everything dropped on it. You clearly see that they do not vacuum often, if at all. The sink counter is so low, like almost at my knees. The toilet is practically sitting on the floor, so if you are over 5 ft 7, you will be uncomfortable. The curved shower rod sticks out so far that you can not open the bathroom door all the way and you will have a difficult time trying to get into the tub or around the toilet. I asked for extra towels. We weren't given them. I guess the same washcloth you use on your backside you are to use on your face the next day there. The shower was hot and came out well at full speed. The carpet in the room is filthy with white flakes all over it and feathers under the bed sides. Again showing they do not vacuum the floors after every person. The furniture has peeling parts all over it. There is grime smeared all over the table top that they couldn't be bothered to wipe down. THe windows are never washed. The walls are never wiped. They are black spots on the walls, left over toothpaste splashed on the mirror and side walls. Both beds had blood on the top covers and it did not look to be washed. I assume those are not being washed either. Before I went to my event, I wanted to get a glass of tea in the morning to take with me. I asked the front desk where I could get one and the girl at the check in counter told me "make it in your room". I was so ticked off at that comment and the fact that these people do not care about you, do not want you here and are so entirely inconvenienced about those that stay here is beyond ridiculous. Me even asking for directions to the room for the event. had them rolling their eyes at me. When I went to the restaurant, I saw that the breakfast buffet was not $25, but it was $23. They had plates that you could order that were cheaper than the buffet. So the check in lady does not know her hotel well. The lady at the restaurant was surprised when I asked for a tea to go. At first she told me that she could not do that and then when I asked why, since it was sold for $3 a cup on the menu, she pulled a cup and put some tea in it. Then was bothered by me asking for a straw. During the event, the bathrooms that had just been cleaned, had unflushed toilets, and toilet paper on the floor. When I went to take my stuff to the car, not one person said bye. When I went to check out, they did not say bye or thank me for coming. The other ridiculous thing- I asked for a mobile key. My room was ready at 9 am. I never got the mobile key until the morning of check out day. Exactly what good does that do me? The tub has a peeling, cracked ceiling. The housekeeper was banging on the door at 8am to clean the room. DO NOT stay here. They do not care about you. The place is filthy. Every parking entrance was closed off so we had go around to the other side of the hotel and hike a decent way to the check-in. There is a Hilton Double Tree literally across the street and they use the same shuttle to the airport. Def stay across the street and get some free warm cookies and a smile at arrival from the folks at Hilton before ever setting foot in this dump.

Die Fenster müssten mal gesäubert werden, dann wäre der Ausblick noch viel schöner. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Toilette sehr unglücklich positioniert, man kommt fast mit der Tür dran beim aufmachen. Es könnte mehr Ablagefläche für persönliche Sachen sein. Ein abnehmbarer Duschkopf wäre besser.
