Check was excellent we arrived early and were able to leave our car and luggage which were taken to our room for when we returned great service all round thank you

Lovely spacious room, close to dinner and entertainment options

Bed was really comfortable, the room was gorgeous, lovely view and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options around a short walk to the water. We loved our stay here.

Really great place to stay in Brisbane for a weekend getaway with friends.

Heating in my room stopped working after 1 or 2 days in a 7 day stay. Hotel kept saying they would fix it, but this dragged on for the remainder of the stay. Was freezing at night and pretty disappointed about the lack of action. Ended up with a cold and later on unable to visit father in hospital as I was sick. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was not bad, room was fine and plenty of generic restaurant options close by.

This was a business trip- so lots of work to do. Desk lamp bulb was busted on check in - asked 3 senior staff to sort it. Got nowhere. On day 3 asked young Jesse on front desk to help. He did it! The junior team member understood and acted on his commitment to customer service whereas the people on the big bucks gave every indication of not caring. Indifference bred of having prime grid position on room occupancy via proximity to the BNE Convention Centre. It’s called hubris. Go Jesse! If anyone in management reads this, PROMOTE THAT MAN!👏👏

I just wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the responsible and caring attitude I received during and post check-out for my stay at Rydges SouthBank. Team (especially Sandy and Kristina) there is very professional to look after your needs and very responsible.

I'd like to thank Ellie for her wonderful service and professionalism, because of her I'd highly recommend staying here. There was a problem in the kitchen and several tables were complaining, within half an hour she had the whole problem sorted ,she offered to re plate customers meals or as our case reduce our bill all done with a smile on her face. I hope management at Rydges realise what an asset she is . Forever grateful Chris and Kat.

Public transport from the airport pretty well directly to the hotel. Able to walk anywhere from the location

Everything was easy from check in to valet parking to check out. Our room was brilliant and had beautiful views, the space was largy and comfy, everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect, everything we enjoy was close by and walking is a pleasure.
