Was not informed about the cost of parking at any time prior to getting there. We only realised the costs when we saw the sign placed on top of the concierge desk in the late afternoon. They could have told us at the check-in desk or when handing over the car keys - had plenty of opportunity to tell us. Not happy!

"Nice well positioned hotel"

This hotel was clean and well positioned near train, buses and city centre. Rooms were clean and a very generous size. The sun deck terrace and pool were a nice addition. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were an abundance of cafes and restaurants very close by which we visited

"Absolutely Amazing !!!"

Declan and the team were absolutely amazing. I booked the room called them letting them know I was proposing to my partner and Declan and the team went above and beyond for me. There were rose pebbles shaped as an isle on the floor photos of my partner and I all over the mirrors shaped in love hearts. It was absolutely incredible. Words can't describe how grateful we both were. Thank you very much Declan.

Went to South Bank for Dinner following our Event at the Convention Centre. A short walk from our Hotel Accommodation. Definitely stay there Again.
