Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow

Good

Flight was cancelled so had to be rescheduled and we had to leave at 6am but could not refund for breakfast we did not have

They are busy. I tried to call down to reception as the previous guest had obviously smoked in the room and it rang out for at least 3 times at over a minute. The weirdest was that they don't have the Hotel Hoppa and airport taxi transfer is 25 pounds = not cheap considering how close. I used Uber and it was USD19. I did use the lounge and the staff member on duty was really very very good and attentive.

Could not control the thermostat Water pressure was very weak Restaurant provided pizza crust not cooked properly No complimentary shuttle

We took the local bus and it was under 2 pounds and about 20 minutes

We were given wrong information from the front desk about the bus going to the airport, which did create an issue

A great hotel near the airport with helpful staff and nice Indian restaurant!

Great breakfast and service

It was friendly

Check in was friendly. Room was decent with a good shower . A novelty with a Starbucks in the lobby .
