The room including the bathroom we were given smelt very bad and mouldy as we walked in last night . Carpets are dirty too . Can’t fault any staff as they were all wonderful!! Management please check these rooms as don’t think they are up to standard and as a health care professional I am not impressed at all .

If you staying only within the LHR area, this is fine, but if you intend to go to city center of London, it is quite a ways away, and with constructions and closures of the metro, it was a bit of an inconvenience travelling to and fro to London city center

"Spend a few more dollars & go elsewhere on Bath Rd"

This hotel is horrible. It was hot outside and the heat was on in the room. It would not turn off & & the AC would not turn on. I ended up having to go downstairs and someone found me a fan that I could put in my room. The bed was hard. The carpet was absolutely filthy, walking down the hallways you would find areas where wallpaper was peeling up, there was holes in the wall walls & the side of the tub was rotten out. The hotel is in need of an upgrade. A serious upgrade. In the morning, I was told that they no longer have the shuttle bus. There are a few other hotels on Bath Road that are in the same area at the same price that are in far better shape. Don't let the Sheraton name for you. You will NOT get quality. Pay $10 more and get a hotel that you'll be comfortable in.
