Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow

The staff this hotel are exceptional. They have good customer service and are very professional. The female manager, the lady cleaner and all the receptionists. I was very happy in this hotel for the 10 nights. Though the internet is sporadic but the female manager tried her best to make it stable for me for the last 4nights. Overall I was happy.

Stayed here for one night before flying out of Heathrow. Served the purpose and was a good and easy experience.

This property needs major updates. No USB ports, the refrigerator didn’t work, cabinets and furniture were damaged. The lobby looks nice, but the rest of the hotel is very dingy. We asked for the room to be cleaned. It wasn’t. The conditioner and body soap dispensers in the shower remained empty. We had to call the front desk to get more. The onsite restaurant was overpriced and not good. An alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate. They charged us £75 for early check in. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Do not book this hotel.

Really nice, safe and clean

The hotel is not your typical Sheraton once you are past the lobby the rooms are tired. They are clean however the plugs were not working and we were called out for a fire alarm in the middle of the night with no guidance and staff direction because of the heat triggering the alarms. The front of house staff were helpful but we felt very bad for our friend who were travelling with us. They had no air in their room and dispute several service calls it wasn’t repaired and they were not offered a room change. Disappointing experience

They overbooked the hotel and charged me for not even staying there

Really close to central airport buss station,close to terminal 3. It's a very nice bar with good food and good service. The coffee in the room is instant only,but they have star bucks in the property, which worked great for me.

Hotel itself was great, as was the staff and breakfast. Important note: this is not an easy hotel for folks with overnight layovers at Heathrow. Hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle, nor does the airport's hotel hopper bus drop off at this hotel. Ride share cost £30 each way for a 5 minute drive.

Rooms looking a little bit dated and run down. Check in was nice and quick.

Great place but. Have to catch it on good day as it can be pricey. I hope you can give me an incentive as I use Expedia services a lot!
