Great place

Exciting stay, good breakfast

Not easily accessible to train/underground. Staff were friendly but few of the room conditions were not up to the mark.

Great overnight stay! We arrived after a 11 hour flight and found we’d been upgraded to a king room-fantastic! Staff are all extremely helpful-nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again.

The staff was kind and helpful. It was nice and convenient that the hotel had two restaurants and starbucks on site.

I booked a 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. The receptionist said "we are upgrading you with a sofa bed." I thought the sofa bed is in addition to our 2 bed units. NOPE! We ended up with 1 bed & 1 sofa bed rooms. I did not make a big deal since we were only there for 5 hours. We met with our local family - total of 14 of us for dinner. Of course in the rooms were only 8 of us; 4 in each room. When we came back past midnight from dinner, all 14 of us, the young security asked if we were staying there. I said yes, & showed him our keys for the 2 rooms. Our other family members left for their homes. He let us in, & followed us to the reception to ask if we were okay to go up. Just plain rude & a bit discriminatory. I have been member for Marriott for at least 25 years. The receptionist was a liar calling it "upgrade" when they were downgrade, & to be treated by the security like trespassers did not feel good at all. Will not stay here again.

I chose this hotel because I had an early morning flight and it was just minutes from the airport, staff was helpful and friendly, restaurant was good but it had more tvs than I care for but then I’m not a sports fan.

They no longer have a shuttle to the terminals. Poor dinning options. No ice or vending machines.
