Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow

I set the expedia app to only show locations with shuttles to Heathrow. It showed this location, but there was no shuttle. Rooms were dark and in need of an update. A/C was loud.

Good location for terminals, comfortable bed, staff polite and helpful but rooms, although clean, in need of refurbishment. Used Callucios Restaurant in Marriott Hotel next door for evening meal where sadly the service was very slow.

Great for a one night stay to depart Heathrow. Planes are pretty loud though.

Check in was great, friendly and helpful staff. Room was great, exactly what we wanted, all clean and comfortable. Food in the sports bar was lovely, great service by Fleny. Would stay again.

We stayed for one night and I do not recommend. We called ahead and asked for adjoining rooms for my family of 5. They said it would not be a problem over the phone but when we checked in they gave us two rooms on two different floors. It made me nervous to have my kids stay on a different floor. Our room had no ac and was so hot and smelly. The restaurant was one of the most expensive meals we had on our 12 day vacation!

Neither our TV nor phone worked. Loud music allowed until midnight, barking dog, and uncomfortable beds. For an airport hotel, sleep for jet-lagged travelers (we were a family of 4) seemed to be a secondary consideration. Breakfast was good, but otherwise poor value. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The Hotel is great,the staff are al kind courteous and very helpful,this includes all catering staff and cleaners too,i would stay here again

Our stay at Sheraton was good. This hotel is close to LHR. We stayed only for one night. The eating options available were good. The breakfast in the morning had good options as well. We ordered pizza in our room and it came quickly but they forgot to provide any silverware.

3rd time staying here, always an excellent stay and lovely staff
