booked this hotel - while I was on my bike in the middle of nowhere and then they rang me to say they were shut. and I should go on booking.com and try and get myself a refund. useless.

Location

Staff non existent breakfast not supplied no soap in bathroom only 2 mugs for 3 people It was quite a let down no staff when you needed them and no staff when leaving told to leave key in door .
