Ocean Grove Chalet

Amazing property! Lovely staff communication. Check in was super easy and we even got upgraded to the pent house! Parking was easy, and only a 2 minute walk to the Main Street.

The room was very nice, even there was no view. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows, towels and amenities were lovely. The shower was great. Overall it was a lovely appointed room.

There were no shower caps. Even though the two boxes on the vanity said shower caps and sanitary bags, (a bit tricky trying to put a sanitary bag on my head). The cold water tap in the bathroom ran hot so we had to buy water for the kettle. Also there was a cracker biscuit under the bed and the top of a personal lube bottle. The window sills need a jolly good clean. We noticed it when we opened the shutters to let in some fresh air.

Clean, modern and spacious room right in the Main Street so close to everything. Perfect for a weekend getaway

The lift was a little bit temperamental.

The noise from the machinery beside the bedroom. Eg air con and pool was quite annoying.The neighbour behind the room/ complex had his TV load and it was on all night.
