Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort

Beautiful Resort, Pool, Amenities we were on the 12th floor on a corner suite and absolutely loved it, will return. Staff was not the friendliest, they were very strict and kind of rushed us in the front desk, other than that SOOOO Happy!

Great location and has everything you could need or want in one place. Special thanks to Arlene for keeping our room so clean throughout our stay and for having a positive attitude with every interaction in the mornings.

Location, pools and direct beach access. Room type matched our request. Appreciated toothbrush and toothpaste. Liked being close to other hotels. Included pool chaise chairs were plentiful though full. But that happens. Lei making and ukulele sessions were fun. Liked the shops, especially Honolulu Coffee.

I didn’t realize complimentary newspapers were available. Also, I think robes and slippers should automatically be placed in the room.

We were winding down from a busy weekend. All my daughter wanted to do was swim in the pool. AC made her experience memorable with his kind heart and wants to go back. Thank you AC!

There are many choices for resorts/hotels in Honolulu. I have stayed in many of them; however, my first overall choice is the Sheraton Waikiki Beach resort. Number one reason is the location. The Sheraton is situated right in the middle of everything and on the beach side. you can easily walk everywhere. Waikiki beach is at your back door, don't need to cross the street to get to the beach. The service is outstanding! The infinity pool is the most relaxing and beautiful spot in Waikiki. Rooms are clean and neat, over-all hotel was very neat and clean. Rum Fire restaurant has a wonderful menu and views of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head, live entertainment, seating inside and outside. I would highly recommend the ocean front Diamond Head view room, lower levels. Rent a cabana chase lounge for the day at the infinity pool, pool service available. Also, visit the Royal Hawaiian next door and Moana Surfrider, all three hotels share, dinning and pool privileges, nice perk. I will continue to make Sheraton Waikiki my go to when visiting Oahu.

Stunning view, beautiful and convenience property. Been there twice and never want to go anywhere else. Amazing pool on the beach, plaza right on the lobby area. Walking distance to anywhere. You can book excursions at the lobby of the hotel. Sand day tour are available. It always make sad when I had to leave.
