Very good location, close to the old town, walkable to everywhere I wanted to go

Our stay was amazing! I had requested for a room with a bathtub as we were traveling for our honeymoon and they actuality upgraded us! That was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place of you're going to be in Brussels.

Reservei uma diária para quarto triplo (três adultos) mas o quarto tinha somente duas camas e um sofá pequeno para a terceira pessoa, reclamei e disseram que nada podia ser feito, que a terceira pessoa teria que dormir no sofá pois todos os quartos eram daquela forma.

The room was nice, clean, nice bathroom, but shower to small. Bed very comfortable. The walls are much to thin, can hear everything going on in other rooms and also on the street, very loud!

Initial room didn’t lock, but was sorted quickly and we were moved into a different room. Nice hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Superb modern hotel with all amenities, good restaurants nearby with good location, enjoyed our stay there indeed.

Every door squeaked loudly and slammed. When management was asked about this they said no other person had mentioned this and they never heard the doors squealing and slamming. Don't plan on any sleep with all the squealing and slamming doors at all hours. It was a nightmare. There are tons of other hotels in the area, check them out. I would not recommend this hotel if you want some rest on your trip to Brussels.
