Great place to stay, very clean, big room with an even bigger bathroom. Staff were amazing and breakfast was great.

Parking was a challenge but we sorted it out.

The location was great- in the centre of Grasmere with lovely views of fells from the lovely balcony. Very comfortable and huge bed and room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Beautiful breakfast with lots of choice and v tasty. Thank you.
