The O Spa

I stayed in the Bowie room. It was a good experience; I would like to visit again when it is not summer. I believe during other season, there are more staff on ground. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time spent there. (Like the relative closeness to everywhere I typically go to in the DHS / PS area.)

Very nice place alot of fun

We got the bungalow, which was $899 per night, sat first glance the space looked amazing, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, 3 tvs, kitchen and dinning room, but soon we saw a huge red stain on sofa, that looked like blood of some kind. The stain looked very fresh and as it wasn’t clean right. We also realized that one of the showers had no water, the place was filthy, spider webs everywhere, no soap in any of the bathrooms, the furniture was filthy, I felt grossed out so I wanted to see how clean it was, I took a paper towel and ran it on the kitchen surface all dirty, the dinning table dirty, this place was dirty, besides that, the TVs didn’t. Work any of them, out of the 3 TVs we only had 1 remote and that one would show an errro.it looks as whoever runs this place have given out and let go, it’s nasty! I have been coming here for years, and it’s never been this dirty. Also, my dog was attacked by the resort owner (who lives there,l) dog pack, they are very territorial and I wouldn’t recommend letting your dog lose around them. This ruined out Ientier trip as my dog was now too anxious to go potty, it was just one bad thing after another. We couldn’t wait to get out ther.

Had the place pretty much to ourselves. So lovely. So many pool, hot spring and soaking tub options. Have been here before and will be back. Love it.

First off. Place is ok. Not top notch or in the safest area. Not the cleanest place and maintenance is minimum. Nothing really get wiped down or sterile so be prepare to bring your lysol and wipes to sanitize your room. Owner was nice but, sneaky. Everything is self serve. No hair dryer and room are pretty small. Kitchenette is basically a small fridge and microwave not a full kitchen. They have a community kitchen. Checked in and owner took cc and id… never said a thing about any charges as you checked in and out. Be aware of what you sign as just you will be surprise with extra charges on your credit card! According To website they indicate pet friendly and stay for free up to 2 pets. Not true and they won’t tell you there’s a charge for your them. You will just be charge for having a pet with you without any up front information about it the charges. This is poor business and a sneaky way to do business! If you are charging a customer for anything you must tell them when they check in and provide a copy of what’s being charge! Never have I ever been charge for anything at any other hotel I stayed at without them telling me and giving me details information about those charges! I feel cheated by the owner for the hidden charges that wasn’t mention at the time of check in/out. Also, be aware. I understand it is an all resort hot spring. But, I did not know that this place allow guests to have sex in the hot spring water and in the open!

Overall nice stay

Main pool wasn’t heated, jacuzzi was why too hot no one liked it, little pool that’s only a foot deep was the only water that was comfortable. Caught the male worker take a picture w his cell phone of our group w/o permission,,,creeper! Wont ever go back or obviously recommend this place.

Welcoming environment tor all. Met some really fun people.

So much mold in the bathroom , tv not working very small, music outside 24/7, pools filthy , old old mattress and sheets , this place needs total professional renovation STAT

Please put your contact info. After reading some reviews that indicate this is an open place that is friendly, I want to book but can’t find contact info here. Finally a place that allows freedom of expression with no judgement. We have had to travel to Thailand and Bali to get a place that was friendly to open expressions with our partner and others.
