Musty room with water issues in bathroom. Woke up with sinuses congested. Requested refund for second night, was denied. Not only that but the front desk clerk had an attitude and basically told me I was lying about the room being musty. The other thing is they play their music all day and night. Would be ok but if you don’t like 70s disco it gets irritating after a few hours. I would have preferred to be able to put on my own music but their system is too loud. People hang out all night on the wknds, which again, would be ok if it were more my vibe but it wasn’t. So if you’re looking to get a nights sleep and you don’t like disco, this is not your place! And as I said the attitude of the front desk staff is inexcusable. A hotel should be eager to correct anything wrong with the room. I ended up checking out after one night and forfeit my $250 on the second night, which I’ve never had to do before.

The amenities were incredible. Absolutely loved it and will be back!

Good comfy stay. Just the shower water slow to drain. Every thing else fine. Keep it up. Best.

I took my Grandson on holiday for his 18th, after loosing his Grandfather to cancer, I paid online with on the Beach upgrading to a bungalow apartment with sea views, which coat quite a lot more, but with what happened, I thought it would be a treat. On getting to the hotel, we was given a main hotel normal. standard room. Quite out dated. It did have sea views. But was not the bungalow we paid for, where we met friends and was gutted seeing what luxury they had in the bungalow compared to us, yet one couple had actually Ordered main reception and paid loads cheaper then us. On complaining to reception we was fobbed off with The manager upgraded us to main reception which was dearer, which is totally not true, she said this without even checking my name or room number, like they use same script. Would not change us to bungalow what we paid for. And never gave us our upgrad taxi we paid for, so extra £50, and we had to go airport by coach which took 3 times longer. never got what we paid for . On writing to on the Beach, just got same story... don't pay extra to upgrade as you don't get whet you pay for. Near 2k for basic room.

I loved everything about this place the rooms were very clean and have a great set up. Beautifully decorated. The only downside was the pool was full of little swimming bugs.. they were everywhere on the walls, and made it uncomfortable to swim.. other than that, love this place. They even offer free ice and ice buckets and a cooling area in the lobby. Definitely coming back! Oh and I love that there’s no kids! Adults only AND they’re dog friendly. Loves it!

So relaxing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

The property is beautiful, and very relaxing, close attention to detail throughout property.

Really nice grounds, multiple natural mineral water pools all different temps, bbq/communal kitchen, upbeat lounge music by the pool and a clean comfy room! Also there’s a full spa, got a combo massage and it was perfect. Will definitely stay again.
