No shampoos or anything in bathroom Late to get into room 4pm Had to make my lunch in shared kitchen when I had kitchen in room No TV in rooms Smells like pets in room ..like wet dog. Loose tiles all over walking paths not safe It looks like it's under construction at some places and in room... Paper thin walls I can hear everything so no sleep Owner charged me for things I didn't use The positive part is mineral spring is nice

Music piped loudly throughout the property until was turned off at midnight at guest request.

We had an amazing time I took my husband for his birthday and he was so happy the pool and hot tubs were warm with mineral water and they were nice and clean and so relaxing.we loved the bedrooms the bed was very comfortable and the room was Clean. The only bad thing is that they did not have any shampoo I think the shipment hadn’t been delivered. Overall it was nice we will definitely go back.

Highly disappointed for a quick one night getaway stay. Arrived at 5:30pm and were informed our room wasn’t clean. Apparently, the housekeeping crew forgot about it. We waited almost two hours by the pool with our luggage listening to vulgar rap music playing by a topless dj, the smell of lots of weed wafting throughout the resort (especially in the manager’s checkin office), and getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. A “complimentary” bottle of Prosecco was set up for us with a single dirty wine glass for us to share?? So my friend went and asked for two disposable cups. Crazy! When our room was finally “ready” we discovered the shower still had what remained of the former guests toiletries. Yuck! So we had zero toiletries…not even a bar of soap. In the morning we also discovered the coffee pods for the in room Kuerig were missing. My friend walked o er to the manager’s office to ask for pods and to see about the toiletries so we could shower. She was able to get some pods, however, the manager said housekeeping would bring by the toiletries. About 5 minutes later a knock on the door and the housekeeper stood there with one tiny bottle in her hand which was labeled “Conditioner.” My friend explained we would need shampoo and soap as well. The housekeeper, and I kid you not, said that that was the shampoo. They ran out of shampoo bottles and had to use a conditioner bottle. Her excuse for no other available toiletries was they were all stuck on the ships at the port. Run!!

We stayed at O Spa the first time summer of 2019. Had a great time and enjoyed the room and the grounds. Now, the place is even nicer with the addition of pool daybeds and great landscaping that give the area a luxurious resort feel. We really appreciate the adults only environment and the cute doggies that roam around the property on occasion. The gal that checked us in (Indigo I think her name is) was super nice and accommodating and is just a pleasure to interact with. We will be back to this gem of a place.

Beautifully decorated, tranquil and gorgeous landscape. Multiple outside mineral water soaking tubs, 3 minersl pools, day beds by pool, and the grounds lit up in the evening to create a special feel. We had a great time.
