The O Spa

Amazing vibe- relaxing! So many mineral spas to choose from. Only real problem, tv wouldn’t connect, but we didn’t need it with the beautiful property around us. No shampoo, or soap so bring your own.

There was no one to have us check in. One of the cleaning crew had me sign some form and gave us keys. There was a dollop of dog poop in front of one of the rooms for the entire 3 day stay. The first day the hot tub was not turned on to hot and the lower level ?pool was very dirty. Only when we asked the pool guy how safe the pool was after dumping a huge load of chemicals he said maybe an hour or so. My kids both came out of the pool with rashes. The kitchen was fine but the dish washer was not working the entire time. The beds smell very badly of old laundry and the box springs must be as old as the resort because we could not move at all in the bed without loud squeaking of the springs. We chose this place for the “natural Spring water” but going home rashly reeking of chorine. The gas fire pit did not light and the wood fire pit had no kindling and too deep to maintain a good burn. There was never any staff between 5pm to 10am so there was no help with the issues. It was ok once we decided this was going to be a “camping trip.” It’s really a stretch to call this place a resort. The people visiting the hotel were all very friendly with a cool vibe. Other than for the interesting guests, I’d never recommend this place. The owner or manager needs to be present if he/she wants to call this place a 3 star resort

Scheduled a trip for myself and a relative for July. Unfortunately, my relative passed away from Covid this month (March 2022). Called resort to cancel my reservation. Someone answered the phone on Thursday 3/10 and said there was no one at the front desk to complete the cancellation. Directed me to call back on Monday 3/14. Called on 3/14 and same person answered and said no one was at the the front desk to complete the cancellation as their just a 14 room spa w/o 24 hours front desk coverage. Told me to call back tomorrow 3/15 after 2:30p and then we got off the phone. I felt uneasy so I called back to ensure it would be completed and to make sure it wasn't a scam. Person on the phone became upset and yelled at me saying "They don't have time for this" and then hung up! I'm livid!!! Yes, pass on this place. I'm leaving this reviewing and contacting the BBB. This is not Ok! How can you operate as a business but not handle business let alone speak to potential customers in this manner?? NEVER AGAIN.

Interior of property is redone, looks better than you think when outside. Good for price.

Super groovy place to stay.

Awesome place to stay. Super relaxed environment with friendly guests. The pills are fantastic. Our particular room was one of few that appears to still need a little updating but was acceptable. The wifi connection/speed was iffy inside of our room but was fine in the courtyard/pool area.

It is a great little find. It was so very relaxing. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing spot that is away from the hustle of downtown PS. We will be back for sure.

O spa delightful. Full of fun colors, good music and friendly people. Plus 3 different hot spring pools. Perfect place for a little R&R.

Rick and his did did an exceptional job on expanding the spa since last time we were here! Excellent spot to relax the stress away from the huddle and bustle of the week! Suggest you stay here and indulge!
