Do not book into this apartment!! We didn't get to actually stay in the apartment, we got a refund for the following reasons: First, we had to pick up the keys from an off-site location. Check-in was from 3pm so at 3:05 I went to the location to pick up the keys with the code I was given. The code was invalid, I retried it 3 times with the shop attendant with no luck. I promptly messaged the host and asked to confirm the code. I tried ringing the phone number for the property and it went to an automated queue and asked to leave a voicemail and it said they would return my call and the call disconnected. An hour and a half later they messaged me back and gave me the same code to try. Tried this code again with the same result. Tried it several more times to no avail. At this point, it was nearly 5pm and just wanted to check in and relax. I asked to have a refund because this was unacceptable. Now they were sending the cleaner to the shop to double check the code for the keys and that it wouldn't take long. I got the personal phone number for the host and told them to forget it, we will find somewhere else to stay and asked for a free refund. It was 6pm, we had requested the free refund and she then messaged to say the keys were ready for pick-up after we had already left the area to book into a hotel. The free refund was accepted by the host and we got our full refund through booking.com. The host was pleasant to deal with in the end but honestly don't waste your time or money booking here. Glad I got my full refund in the end but wasting 3hrs of my day after a full day of travel was not how I wanted my day to go

Location was good. Hosts were responsive.

Upon arrival, we found several issues with the apartment, including a broken bedroom blind affecting privacy, a non-functioning washing machine, and unclean linen, with the doona stained with what appeared to be blood. The furniture was also quite uncomfortable. Although the host resolved the maintenance issues and replaced the doona cover, this was an extremely disappointing start to our trip. Combined with the poor overall cleanliness, it made for an uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, I would not stay with this provider again.

The location offered easy on-foot access to galleries, parks, CBD and restaurants. The cityscape was magical at night. The carpark and access to lift was very good. The apartment was spacious and contained basic requirements. Double-glazed glass doors and windows blocked out some of the intense noise from trains running constantly below. Air conditioner was excellent.

Discovering train lines beneath our 9th floor apartment was unexpected! Noise was deafening when door was open. The uncomfortable bed was basic and its coils could be felt beneath the thin mattress protector. Sheets were very thin. The bathroom floor and toilet were unclean. The hard sofa was very uncomfortable. There was no access to apps on the basic TV. Most of the issues with this apartment are easy to remedy.

The price of the apartment was reasonable.

The apartment was dirty. The washing machine didn't work. The bed was very uncomfortable, I felt all the springs, the mattress desperately needs replacing. The bathroom linen was stained. Communication after sending pictures of faulty goods and the dirty apartment was poor. The train going by the apartment constantly at night is tiring. The apartment has old furnishings but that is no excuse for poor hygiene. Picking the key up from the grocery store is something I have not experienced before. If I could give a zero star or a minus star this would fit better.
