"Extremely worth it from a cost-benefit and location aspect"

The staff above anything else was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive! We highly highly recommend taking the boat rides with their partner that was incredible! We wanted to do a simple boa ride and ended up doing a night experience with the local fisherman and the next morning we spent 3 hours exploring the 6 islands of the the lake

Nothing realy comes to mind beyond some minor details on the cleaning of the bathroom bjt minor

We stayed almost 3 weeks. The view is stunning right on the lake and all the staff was very friendly. Especially Julian he was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious 😋 . We will definitely come back here again

There is a very bumpy road heading to a hotel so it's hard to get to it.

Friendly and welcoming staff, tasty food and cold drinks with a beautiful view of Lake Kivu from the restaurant. The staff also helped me organise a boat tour on Lake Kivu efficiently. Rooms were very clean - simple and perfect for the setting.
