"Absolutely disappointed, not staying in Hyatt regency again!"

We paid for daily breakfast together with our hotel booking for a family of 5 (including my little kids) thinking there would be a breakfast buffet. There wasn't, instead we were given a $60 coupon valid for one day on the day we checked in and still had to pay the balance for the price of our meal that morning. We did not have breakfast on the remaining days and I demanded to get my refund/credit for the remaining 2 days back after much back and forth. In addition, our blankets were very thin and looked very old, dirty and absolutely disgusting when held against the light. We had to ask for it to be changed. This was not accepting considering we paid between $600 to over a $1000 for the daily night rates for a VIP suite.

"Awesome Hotel with awesome staff!!"

The ladies at the front desk were the greatest, so helpful and polite, made the everything awesome from the beginning!! Rooms were so clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing!! From start to finish was amazing!!

The hotel is beautiful

At night it was really loud there was people partying it seemed like right outside of our room. Our tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work I tried to call the front desk for a long time, so that was annoying but the hotel was nice and so was the staff.
