Hyatt Regency Louisville

Overall inviting hotel with a wonderful ambience. Staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean and working properly. There was some maintenance going on, however, workers were quiet and inconspicuous.

Location was great for our purpose of the visit. Beautiful hotel.

The pool was freezing. There was some kind of a kids trip going on and that would’ve been nice to know before booking had kids running halls and being loud until 1am. And I’ve never stayed in a room that didn’t have a microwave. Was a little disappointed for the money we spent.

Great location. Highly recommend you try Sway restaurant. The breakfast was delicious. If Sandy is available ask for her! Amazing service, kind and attentive. She made our stay feel like home.
