We had a wonderful greeting. When things didn’t go quite right the staff was quick to make it right. Randall was our shuttle driver and he was excellent!

the parking process is very confusing and causes anxiety. there is 24-7 access to the hotel unobserved through the open door to the parking garage. the bath soap container is empty and should be checked to make sure it has soap . wifi connection is not clear

Things were under repair and disheveled. A lot of the amenities were unavailable and it was understaffed. We did have things addressed quickly by the staff available and they did their best to accommodate us. It’s a cool building

We arrived at 6p and our room wasn’t ready yet, check-in was 3p. Staff did give us a card for 2 free drinks from the bar and gave us free parking to make up for it. Other than that it was to be expected from a 3-star hotel

The staff was wonderful! Misleading info about airport shuttle. This makes a difference in choosing a hotel and it needs to be honest. Major renovations made it not very appealing. The staff was amazing though! It is offensive that the price is so drastically inflated during events-so sad!
