Location to Pier 39 and the Tonga room, view from the Top of the Mark was amazing, Staff was extremely friendly at check-in and when they passed you in the hallway.

I loved the view. Size of the room and nice bathroom.

They have nothing in the room but furniture and TV. No coffee no tea, no espresso maker. No electric tea kettle to boil water even for instant coffee. No microwave. No iron or ironing board. Just towels shampoo and wash. Very minimal for a 5 star hotel.

-very dated interior, very rough -ice machine on floor 3 only of 17 floors -no coffee in room, no cork screw available, only two glasses in room -dirty carpet, dirty doors, marks on walls and doors, filthy windows - expensive parking -check in at 4pm took 30 min and room wasn't ready, 50 people in line. -Top of the Mark used to be stunning, now just very worn out. Tables and chair seats worn out.

Great location, efficient check in despite long queue.

Interiors are dated though it’s cleaned well every day. There’s no kettle no coffee machine no slippers nothing, and refrigerator was locked! U have to scan a QR code to “order” amenities which we felt was very inconvenient. Surely supplying such things should be standard?

Breakfast needs to offer fruit and yoghurt separate from buffet. $46 is a lot for just fruit and yoghurt. Love Top of Mark. Staff is fantastic.

No water in the room except room service. Rooms and halls etc a bit shabby.

Great location, clean rooms

The WiFi was absolutely horrible and seeing as I was working remotely / on a work trip this was a big deal. The gym was also essentially nonexistent with very few machines (and old).
