Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek

The location was perfect for our concert at the Delta Center. The staff were wonderful, from the front desk to room service. Loved having a Starbucks on site.

The staff. The fact our reservation wasn’t honored.

I paid in advance, in full, for 2 queen beds. When I arrived they gave me 1 king. I told them I needed 2 beds and it was just “too bad, we’re out, here’s a rollaway.”

It is very convenient to go for shopping and eating on foot. There is Starbucks inside the building next to the reception.

I should have received a bottle of water as a gold member.

Great location and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location and had great interactions with staff. We had wonderful staff for checking in, checking out and in the evening when we forgot our toothbrush(s). The staff in the lounge were friendly and engaging. Also, very nice to have parking for hotel guest. It was crazy downtown.

I can't think of anything off hand.

The mall was around the corner. There was also a nice brunch place across the street.
