Wyndham Cleveland Airport

DO NOT PARK THERE My car was vandalized and Parkingnearairports.io said it was the Hotel's responsibility and Wyndham said it was the Parking Company. It means the Hotel knows this is happening and they are doing nothing about it... I call that Negligence... See below email from Parking Company and The Hotel Hang up the phone on me. This hotel is filthy. Our room did not have a security lock, sheets had stains along with a dusty bed ruffle, and the bed was broken. We slept in our clothes! Absolutely no customer service, night clerk was found napping in the permanently closed restaurant, luggage carts were disgustimg, the shuttle to the airport was in disrepair, old, with a cracked windshield and duct tape covering a hole on the outside. The driver was reckless. No management or parking lot security on site. Lobby floor was filthy, walls and floor around the elevators were disgusting. We would never recommend anyone to stay here. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

The property was clean staff was nice

Didn’t like the fact that the workout facility was closed. The first room we stayed in the hot water didn’t work in the sink or tub and the toilet ran everytime you flushed the toilet. We got moved to the upper floor and it was the same issues. The water got hot in the sink but not in the shower and the toilet ran in this room as well. Thought the tv didn’t work but we had to connect it and put it on the right input.

Room was dirty water was cold put us in a room that was occupied men’s room broken elevator got trapped employees didn’t care about anything got stuck in room because door wouldn’t open. Ticket on my car even though I had turned my handicap plate number in. Tv broke air conditioning wasn’t working WILL NEVER stay there again
