We spent 2 nights here in mid January 2026 as a base for Joshua Tree excursions. There were 3 of us, and we had a King bed and a pull out couch. I found the couch quite comfortable. Rooms are well sized, and the fridge came in handy. The room felt, a little older, but this was not an issue for me . Room service was responsive, when we needed extra coffee supplies. Our balcony looked over a spillway, which was fine. The grounds are impeccable. So many beautiful flowers are through the property. I did not try the lazy river, as it closed by 3 PM. The pool water was warm, and the hot tub was hot, so all good there!! a really great pool scene, for those who want one. We had only one meal, at the property, which was breakfast. Expensive, but amazingly delicious (pancakes and an omelette). We chose to have dinner at restaurants outside the property. The resort fee, and $30 a night for parking were a little annoying, but I guess that is par for the course these days. I did have drinks at the bar, and the service was impeccable, and the red wine excellent!

It’s our every year go to hotel. 3 times. Year we love it.

Very dissapointed in how expensive the Arcade is. $50 bucks last 10minutes. Don’t offer an Arcade of thats the case.

Property is nice and beautiful. All the rooms are first or second floor. There are swimming pool, water slide, lazy river, small sand beach. Really kids friendly. We were there in January. The swimming pool and lazy river are heated warm water.

There is no elevator. If you live on the 2nd floor, you will have to carry luggage upstairs. But it is okay, not really an issue to me.

I loved how quiet and peaceful the area was. My daughter was grateful that the pool was heated. I enjoyed walking around the grounds.

We left our room between 10-11 am and we missed housekeeping every time. I had to track them down for new towels and to dump our trash daily. I could also hear our neighbors upstairs and next door loudly. Also, there is a need for a fast, casual on-site restaurant.

This was our first visit to this hotel and we had a nice time despite some unfortunate closures. The room was large for our family of 4 and we utilized the pull out couch for our young children. That mattress was awful so I would avoid that option. The room was nice but felt a little dated and we were surprised there wasn’t a microwave! Given this is geared as a family resort, leftovers are common for the kids who eat 5 bites a meal. We stayed 12/31-1/2 and were very disappointed to find that the Splash Grill and lazy river were closed on 1/1 with no notice at check in or upon booking. There are also limited food options and evening eats were slim so we had to door dash. The pools were nicely heated and towels were plentiful. The overall area could use a major facelift. Most of the lounges had rips or were sagging. The paint was chipped on all the fences. The splash pad & that jacuzzi looked aged. The slide was a hit with my kids! The lazy river was nice for my 8 year old but the floats were entirely too big for my 5 year old once point it wasn’t safe and they don’t let you swim in the river without one so we couldn’t use the river for long. They should invest in different size tubes for kids. We had our Doodle with us and the paths for walking him were wonderful and we really enjoyed being able to bring him. However, $150/a night is pretty steep and should really just be $150 per stay. While we enjoyed our stay and the grounds were pretty to walk around I don’t foresee this being our regular hotel we stay when we visit Palm Springs.
