Nothing!!!

The floors were dirty and we didn’t get towels our whole 3 day stay, only the first day. We had to go out and buy our own towels. When we called to the desk to ask for towels, the guy said we had to request for towels 😒

The breakfast is ok but please get more than kids yogert flavors to serve. We don’t care for Trix flavored yogert. Yuck!

"This was and is completely unacceptable."

Their beds had bedbugs. I also had the electronic lock on my door malfunction and the staff tried to pry the door open with a crowbar. They had no maintenance person onsite and it took them almost 2 and a half hour to get the door open, as I had a flight to catch. Their manager said she gave me a refund and I am expecting reimbursement.

Didnt like having to wait to get cheched in for 10 min. No one behind counter. Curtains was torn and falling off rod. Breakfast was good . Pool was closed.
