Dirty and no cameras for security. Hotel was old and needed lots of upgrades.

"Horrible customer service"

I made the reservation at 11:15 PM Chicago time. I got my car to drive down to St. Louis arrive there around 5 AM. I wanted to sleep for about five hours before I had my doctors appointment in St. Louis. When I arrived the person at the reception desk told me she canceled my reservation and would not give me my room. I begged her pleaded with her to give me my room so that I could sleep. She refused. I’ve traveled for many years and never had an experience like this. This person made me sleep in my car outside. If this were my business this person would be fired. And I should be refunded for this trip.

"It served it’s purpose only there 1 night"

The location and the breakfast

The bed was no good for a king and we had ANTS crawling on the table and TV Dresser
