Comfort Inn St Louis - Westport Event Center

There were ants all over our room. The were on the tables, in the garbage can and in our bed. We could barely get any sleep the last night we stayed there because of the ants. We reported to the front desk, but the situation was not addressed. The carpets were dirty throughout the entire hotel and there was a consistent, funky odor

Make reservation for three 2 queen when we got two double bed doesn't fit two people in the bed and we talked to the manager He wouldn't change nothing he won't update the room for different a terrible Stay in there don't recommend it

The pool was fantastic

This is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. We left 5 minutes after we arrived because there was excrement on the wall and a man laying in a pile of clothes in the laundry room floor. The staff at the desk was nice and refunded our money. But three days later my CC was charged. When I called the hotel to dispute the charge, they were unbelievably rude and hung up on me multiple times. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank. I will literally never even consider another stay at a Comfort Inn.

Check in staff was awesome. They recommended a restaurant in the area. Very easy and quick.

Room smelled like cigarettes and was hot! Checkout staff was rude and acted liked they could care less!

The stay was great! Just a few little corks but Michelle at the from desk was friendly, helpful and nice to talk to. An employee like her deserves recognition and a raise to keep her!!!! We will be back next time in STL.
