Comfort Inn St Louis - Westport Event Center

The bathroom had a hole in the door and the carpet smelled wet and room smelled like marajauna.

Everything is all right it was clean enough given the price, but the staff need to do something about guests. There was some absolutely wild guests, just yelling screaming children, no violence just general Mayhem and it went on until about 1:00 a.m. and nobody did anything about it.

The carpet in the room was dirty and the bathroom faucet was loose. The hotel overall was clean and the staff was very freindly.

Staff were great!

Rooms were dirty, moldy, and smelly! Moved to different rooms that were better but not great. Water leaked under ac unit and floor was soaked out about 5 feet into the room. Still better than the first rooms they put us in.

Our room was dirty. There was food under the bed, and it didn't appear to have been vacuumed. Our window was also cracked in 2 places (basically the entire window was cracked) and it was taped together. Didn't seem very safe, or sealed, so the air conditioner kicked on and off the whole time and it sounded like a freight train everytime it came back on. The staff were very nice, but they weren't very present in their positions. I stood behind the desk multiple times while staff were on their phones and they didn't notice me there. Would not recommend or come back in the future.

Nice property

Roaches. One fell out of the lamp when i turned it on. Checked beds to verify not bed bugs and bed and linens seemed really clean. Next morning found the bigger bug crwling on the wall. Carpet old. I had some sort of reaction with a rash but i was the only one. Would not recommend. I know people can say that bugs come with the person. I assure you that is not the case and as soon as we got off the elevator we already had concerns. Carpet very stained in hallways. Smelly. Hair dryer in our bathroom still had hair on it from last guest.

Convenient to highway.
