there were missing ceiling panels in lobby, no hot water for showers, no lights in the elevator. very bad experience

May 16 was a very horrible day when I came home This is the day of the Tornado In the city I had know were to go my daughter stayed with a friend and I was displaced from my home no electricity for 4days I took your last room available I appreciate it

The motel itself was very nice, clean, inviting. Staff was pleasant. The shower pull was missing so we pulled my hand and could only get it to go halfway, meaning half water goes to shower head half goes to the tub faucet. No reason to bring attention to it, as I’m sure whoever cleans the tub would have noticed.

The room was fine but the channel controls are worthless. Am handicapped. Got back at 9:30pm. Had to park quarter mile in the back and walk. Dozens of partiers wandering around. . Not causing trouble but crowding out parking for people who pay for a room. Staff was good. I had to wait an hour for a luggage cart. Went to my room. Checked for cart. Got my stuff out of my car an hour after I checked in. Comfort Inn are usually the best and I will stay at Comfort again but not this one.

Wasn't the right room

Front desk was polite when we checked in but after our complaint about ants and dead bugs in the AC unit, front desk personnel ignored me while I was standing in front of the desk trying to verify if my refund was complete. I'm not sure why the cold shoulder when they sent their staff up to our room to verify the complaint.

I stayed 4 nights and our room wasn’t clean one night. The breakfast was nice each morning.

The staff was very hospitable, and we appreciated their professionalism throughout our stay. We had three rooms, all of which were generally comfortable. However, the carpets are in need of replacement. This isn’t a housekeeping issue it’s something the ownership needs to address. Worn or outdated carpeting can be a concern, especially for guests with allergies. Updating the carpets would significantly improve the overall experience.

The only good things about this property were the breakfast and a couple of the front desk staff. The room was filthy and disgusting. Room service was nonexistent. Our broken hotel window was taped with scotch tape. The floor was damp with threadbare carpet in several places. Room smelled dirty. The bathtub backed up water when you showered. Ants in the room. People smoking weed in plain view in the gazebo right in front of the hotel. And to top everything off, the ceiling in the lobby started gushing water out when we were in the lobby, and a few minutes later ceiling tiles started crashing everywhere. Very scary. Another family member's room had used food bags left in their room for when they checked in. It was creepy, dirty and disgusting. Not likely to use this site again.
