Staff were very friendly and the hotel was updated, clean and nice. The hot breakfast was good and dining area clean and plenty of room.
This property is immaculate and they'll do your room daily, unlike many hotels we've stayed at. They also have a hot breakfast and free coffee, cappuccino, hot cocoa, etc. all day. The staff is warm and friendly, but ask how to use the shower before you go to your room. On the negative side, their internet is slow and the TV is minimal.

Pool not available - so if traveling with kids probably not the place to stay
I would rather share what was wrong. 1. charged for my esa dog, wouldnt even look at my paperwork. was told at checkin it would be $40 a $50 deposit for incidentals put on my card and that i would get my $50 back at check out at check out i was charged $40 per night. giving me a refund of $10. get down the road only to see i was in fact charged $90 at check in and another $83 at checkout supposedly the $97 will go back on my card. we will see. 2. on day 2 i go back to the room only for the ac to not work. i attempted to call the desk multiple times to no avail. the desk clerk was outside talking every time i would look out the window. i attempted to contact the property multiple times before arriving to check on pet policy regarding registered service animals, i never received no response. had i known it was going to cost me as much as it did i would have brought her crate and made other arrangements. then being told it was one price upon check in to find out it was a completely different price at check out is unacceptable.
USThe staff were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to address our needs.
The bathroom door wouldn't close. Had to ask for a blow dryer for the bathroom. The lounge chair was not comfortable. Suggest a better chair that was comfortable.. Had to ask for more pillows so we could prop up in bed to get a comfortable sitting place. There were black beetles all over the room and in the bathroom and spiders in the corners building nests.
I'm not sure how anyone could give this hotel a 1 out of 5. They have an excellent location, and the staff is great to work with. The hot breakfast was very good, and the room (room #121) was quite comfortable! We, also, found the bed to be very comfortable! We will be back.
Breakfast had a good variety except no microwave to heat cold, hard cinnamon roll. Towels were thin and rough. Like sandpaper!
