Great overnight stay, with everything that’s important for a comfortable nights rest is met and exceeded. The working personnel are super attentive and friendly from the welcoming guests in the lobby to even the cleaners in the hallway. Overall pleasant stay.

Top notch! Ramona is the best. After a 17-hour drive to get a car to Chapel Hill, I arrived at the Sheraton feeling completely spent. Ramona checked me in with the kind of warmth and professionalism that immediately made things better. Later, when the parking app was not cooperating she stepped in again with calm expertise and helped me through it quickly. Thanks to Ramona, what could’ve been a rough landing turned into a smooth and reassuring experience. She’s truly the reason I’ll be back.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at… I have annual trainings in the Raleigh-Durham Area, and it doesn't matter whether my trainings are in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, etc, I always stay at this hotel

This is a perfect stay for someone doing some work but also wants a comfortable space for downtime. They have awesome working spaces in the lobby (quiet and private small conference rooms that are first come first serve), and a pool to dip in after work. I will definitely stay here again when I am back through
