Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel

I was not at the hotel for very long, but the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and I have no complaints.

I always enjoy my time at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. The location is perfect between the university and great shopping nearby. I highly recommend the Sheraton to anyone visiting Chapel Hill!

Great experience all around.

The property itself is fine, however, they have an additional parking fee that is annoying and difficult to deal with when you arrive at the property. It would be so much better if they either included the parking fee in their total cost or if they just let it go because the space itself does not actually require you to have special parking.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. It is clean, spacious and generally quiet. However, there is a lack of attention to detail. The bedside lamp did not work nor did the desk charging stations. The WiFi also didn’t work the first night. The landscape crew was out at 7:30 am using loud blowers which woke me up. The room was not cleaned adequately during my stay. The front desk stocks “The Epoch Times” as its only newspaper which is a disappointment as they should support local journalism and stock the local paper. They want you to use a QR code to pay for parking on site and to tip the maid service. Nope, not doing it. There is free parking nearby so skip parking in the hotel lot to save yourself some $. The staff is friendly but not proactive.

Derrick made the best cocktails I’ve ever had in my life. 10/10 do recommend. You don’t even have to know what you want. He will ask you one question and make the perfect drink based off just that one question. The food is also pretty good. Look forward to coming back.

Very nice hotel and convenient to Chapel Hill. Hotel restaurant was excellent! Simple menu but wide variety. I recommend the Reuben sandwich. Marsel behind the bar did a great job! Great conversation and very attentive…never an empty glass.

Wonderful stay in Chapel Hill at the Sheraton. With modern and clean rooms and amazing hospitality from the front desk, to the house keeping, to Darrick’s amazing cocktails at the bar. Minutes from UNC, quiet surroundings, and a beautiful pool. This hotel is worth a visit.

Great hotel amenities. Staff was very attentive and room was super clean. Close to the university. Darrick bartender is excellent. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a great hotel. There are many good restaurants in the area. We ate at Kipos Greek Taverna and had a great time.
