Big bath.

Staff are a bit clueless and waited ages for breakfast as they missed my order. Beer needs a new cellar man.

The breakfast was good, but no black pudding! The bathroom was grubby, tiles needed regrouting and some needed cracks fixing. Generally the ambiance of the whole setup was very good!

Friendly staff, comfortable room and staff. Good food. The staff changed our evening dinner booking to an earlier time which was appreciated 😀

A little thing, whereby once the evening meal was put down, the waitress disappeared without asking whether there was anything more, ie., sauces for the roast. It was also the second time, we stayed at the pub where the clock wasn't working in the bedroom. This is not going to stop us staying again, it's a heads up for you. Thank you for reading this ❤️

The Room was Lovely and the food good and well presented.

Queing up and Ordering food every time you wanted to either get a drink or buy food. Very long queues. No difference if you walked in or if you were a resident guest. Food and bar should be separate. Would actually prefer to order at the table as we did at breakfast.

Comfortable beds in male dorm. Nice bedding. Good shower. Great pub. Good beer and good.

Breakfast was excellent but for a walkers pub started too late ie 0830 earliest breakfast where everyone piles in together as they're keen to get going.

Staff, food, live music and ofcourse the location were all exceptional.
