"I got ripped off"

Fresh fruit at breakfast. Good coffee

Too much detail for the room you provide. TV remote didn't work, bathroom mirror was missing with hole cut in the wall. Many lights did not work. Ice maching dont work. nasty old bath tub. Juice machine didnt work for breakfast. Room door didnt close right. Huge air leak around door.

Very outdated. Air conditioner noisie and control buttons broken. Shower curtain ripped and old. Curtains for window ripped. Drain plug / stopped removed from sink. Paint on bathroom door rubbed off and scratched.

"Received a call the following morning to ask if I had stayed the night and was treated very rude"

Nothing totally bad experience

No one at desk to check in for 20 minutes. When finally showed up got a key to a room that wa s already occupied! Felt very unsafe, so checked out and left immediately.
