Door lock broken...had to be let in room by staff every single time we left room...felt like we were kids being let into our room. Run down, window valance falling off wall, NO smoke detector, broken light switch.

The breakfast nice. Gave me a chance to cool down a little.

I was rented a room with no air conditioning and was refused a room change or refund. I was also told that they knew it was broken and a replacement had been ordered but they rented it to me anyway. I was told his power was out too and maybe I should have stayed home like he did.
