Quality Inn Morganton Southeast

I had a reservation for 3 days. A hurricane a day or two before my reservation power was out, no phone service, were closed so I couldn't get there until the second day of my paid 3 day reservation. I was told I was a no show and lost all 3 days, no refunds.

Nothing during Hurricane Helen they price gouging. Who booked through Priceline and booking.com they canceled and charged people paying with cash more people paid it because they had no where to go very sad. No water no phone no internet no tv

Everything it was nasty and had poop in the toilet

During a hurricane I reserved a room the only one I could get to and upon check in was denied my room because she said unless I pay cash (which was way more then I paid here) I couldn’t get a room, she said she couldn’t verify reservations even though I had a complete receipt,

The location. Clean.

The pool was closed and the fact you had a pool was the main reason I choose the property.

The bed was the only thing nice I can say about the room. Ceiling in the bathroom had places missing the spackle. The bathroom door looked like it was coming apart. The main door did not meet the floor. You could see light coming in around it. Look at the nasty chair in the photo below.

The room was typical average motel room. The shower was the worst. Water sprayer all over, even to the ceiling. The shower head was so loose it could not be aimed. But the breakfast was good.
