Quality Inn At Town Center

It worked for what I needed it for, maybe slightly sketchy around the back of the hotel where my room was at, a lot of commotion in the night. But it’s a decent distance from base.

Check in was smooth, room was old and had roaches, mold on the ceiling, no toilet paper, smelled musty, and we were told breakfast was starting at 5 for the families going to the base for graduation. The breakfast attended was very rude to my teenage daughter in telling her that breakfast didn’t open until 7. The door locked as if it had been prayed open at some point and was rusted, the walls were dirty. If we had the option to get lodging elsewhere at the last minute, we would have gladly went somewhere else. This place needs to be closed and cleaned at the very minimum.

The property was dirty, dusty, unsafe

The room had not been cleaned. There were no sheets on the beds. The fridge ws dirty and open when i entered the room. The review will not permit me to add pictures to the review.

Staff very rude,unprofessionals,hotel room was not clean,then made us take the dirty linen and towel down ,bring to the office and handed us clean linen and towel to bring to the room .manger didn’t want to speak to me about the situation.

The excellent staff here made our stay. Friendly, caring, and efficient. The staff went above and beyond. A few minor cosmetic things but I'll definitely be returning. Never stayed anywhere with better staff (5 star hotels included).

The elevators were old and took a while to open. Too much noise when trying to sleep. Kids running up and down the balcony hallway. Loud music and talking from someones vehicle. People riding bikes through the outside lobby and gathering outback smoking

There was a continuous pot smell. I think I left an item, and called 3-4 hours after check-out to see if they had found it. The lady that answered the phone said she would need to check (it hadn't been cleaned yet) and call me back. She never called me back. The front desk was often empty.

It was a good hotel.

First room we were given didnt look like it was clean...the second room there were still towels behond bathroom door...elevator was squeaky and slow..wonderful breakfast
