Quality Inn At Town Center

Nice

The hotel need a big remodelation. The door lock doesn't work, the lamp has a huge stain, the rug stinked, the bathtub had a mold, the mini fridge where you get breakfast was broken.

It was a nice & pleasant staying at Quality Inn Hotel. Thank you for the hospitality.

Walking to the room i noticed the doors and walls on the outside were dirty as I entered the room it was dirty , smelly, and dated! To top that off you have to pack your dirty linen or towels to the lobby in order to get clean ones . Who does that? Isnt that what housekeepings for?

Location was great for walking to restaurants and 5 minute drive to the river . Outside of the hotel looks acceptable, and a large parking lot. Area felt safe as walked at night. Rooms and interior of building terrible. Garbage in stairwells, room door inside and out filthy, smelled of urine. Tired, run down hotel. Arrived to enjoy the pool as 85 degrees and it was closed for the season . Price for hotel not acceptable for its condition

The staff was friendly and kind

It was good just had a small issue with room key not working

No good place to stay the rooms smell like mold and really nasty some staff inside the room have oxide.

very old rooms and the furniture inside looked like it had been brought from a garbage dump, some of the lamps did not work, very dirty doors, the floor in the room. and the toilet is covered in rust. It was nice to be in such a room.
