Holiday Inn Louisville East - Hurstbourne by IHG

Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We went to Malibu Jack's and the kids especially had a great time

Great location

My experience was terrible. At check in my key didn’t work, I returned it and they fixed it. I went back upstairs to check into my room and it was someone else’s room!! After the third time, I finally was able to get into the right room. It smelled funny and wasn’t the cleanest!! To top Everything off the cable wasn’t working for the two days of my stay. I would not stay at this Holiday Inn again.

There was black mold in the hotel halls. The hotel room was humid and muggy. The bath tub didn’t drain properly and we had to shut off the shower multiple times to complete our shower. We were scheduled to be there 2 nights but left after 1. Sad for a Holiday Inn.

The hotel was okay. It was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. But there is an old section of the hotel that needs to be torn down. It’s all boarded up and looks uninhabitable. From our room window overlooking the area it’s disgusting, water standing, old furniture outside, it’s just unsanitary and unsightly.

Except for the filthy microwave our stay was great. Our room was clean. Our bed was new and clean and and our pillows were great too. We didn’t find any bugs.

We were graded with a pleasant welcome from Brittney at the front desk. She knew the answer to each and every question we had we had a little problem, nothing major and we called down to the front desk and she took care of it right away. There are some people that work Customerservice these days That act like it’s a chore to do their job but once you meet Brittney at Holiday Inn you’ll see that she takes her job very seriously and she does it very well. If I were in management, she would definitely be one of my assistance or a supervisor with her at the front desk. I would know my business is going to Be Run the right way and our guest will be very happy thank you Brittney for welcoming us to the hotel.

Peaceful beautiful hotel. We stayed 1 night. We ended up getting there early in the morning and they were very accommodating allowing us to check in early. After driving all night we were beyond thankful. The staff was so nice and the food at the restaurant/bar was so good. 10/10 would recommend. If we make it make out that way we would definitely stay here again. The pool was also so pretty.
